Engage Toledo can also receive issues reported through an app for your iOS or Android device.
The application works best when you are at the location of the problem you'd like to report, and includes an option to upload a photo to help staff quickly find the issue. The more details you provide, the more easily we can work to resolve the concern.

Request a service right now using the online portal below.
Request Finder
You can now use the Engage Toledo app to view all service requests! From the app, click the issues button on the bottom menu. Use the filter option in the top right corner to narrow results, or find a specific request by ID.
You can also view the map of existing service requests online.
Once you have sent us an issue, you will receive email communication acknowledging the request. You can continue to check the status online. Once the issue has been addressed, you will be notified by email.
If calling about a service request, please have your service request ID number available.
