John Hobbs III

Council Member, District 1

Councilman John Hobbs III was appointed as the District 1 City Council seat in September 2020, by Judge Jack Puffenberger. He serves as Vice Chair of the Public Safety & Criminal Justice Reform Committee, Regional Growth, Development & Small Business Enterprise Committee and the Water Quality & Sustainability Committee. Councilman Hobbs III is also a member of the Education, Recreation & Employment Committee, and the Finance Debt & Budget Oversight Committee, and the Zoning & Planning Committee. Councilman Hobbs also is a member of the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC).
