Flooding Notice: Point Place

Notice to Point Place area neighbors:

Strong winds and rain remain a concern in the area. The City of Toledo divisions of Sewer and Streets have been engaged in the area and are monitoring closely.

1. Floodgates are installed and closed.
2. Additional pumps are installed and working where needed.
3. Cullen Park is closed to the public effective immediately.

While there is no current concern for the levees to breach, they also are being closely monitoring.

Please do not drive or walk through streets with areas of standing water. That is unsafe.
