Be Happy, Be Healthy Youth Programming
We will encourage healthy living habits through movement like yoga, meditation, outdoor/indoor walking/running club. Mental health professionals will discuss different issues between youth and their families. ages 6-17

Camp GOTR (Girls on the run)
A one-week camp implemented at sites within the community by trained volunteer coaches and Girls on the Run staff. The program uses an intentionally designed curriculum focused on the topic of friendship, an important component of youth development, and social-emotional learning. ages 8-11

LET US WORK
All teens will learn the fundamentals and the benefits of exercising in a fun safe environment. Teens will learn how exercise creates resilience, social development skills, decreases anxiety and depression, and improves overall health. ages 11-17 co-ed

Youth Fitness Program
The program infuses the cultures and lifestyles of Toledo youth with an informed and active value of fitness and nutrition. Young people will gain experience with safe physical fitness and healthy nutrition habits through coaching and fun group activities. ages 9-16

I CAN Skate Program
This program is designed to use skateboarding as a backdrop to instruct students on all the techniques of conceiving an idea from creation to commercialization. These learning techniques have built-in benefits of building self-esteem, self-reliance, teamwork, and positive problem-solving. ages 8-17
