The City of Toledo Department of Neighborhood and Business Development invites housing rehabilitation contractors to attend a contractors summit beginning at 8 a.m., Monday, Nov. 4 at the United Way of Greater Toledo, 424 Jackson St.
More than $2 million in housing rehabilitation work is awarded annually by the city and additional qualified contractors are needed. The summit will outline contracting opportunities and the process to be become a qualified city contractor.
City housing and building staff members will be present to discuss contracting opportunities with Toledo’s housing division.
