View All EventsEmployee engagement is the strength of the mental and emotional connection employees feel towards the work they do, towards other employees and the organization for which they work.
The Mission of the Employee Engagement Committee (EEC) is to develop and support an inclusive work force that is dedicated to advocacy and service; employee to employee, and employee to the residents and industries we serve. The EEC is an energetic, productive, and dedicated team of professionals working towards individual and organizational success across all City of Toledo Departments.
Meetings are held every third Thursday of each month, at different City of Toledo locations.
