The East Toledo Family Center is hosting its annual Storybook Festival, filled with early literacy awareness, fun and interactive games for all ages and prizes and raffles throughout the event. Over 30 agencies from Northwest Ohio to help us bring awareness and to bring literacy activities for all ages!
