Councilwoman At-Large

Councilwoman Carrie Hartman was unanimously appointed as an at-large member of City Council on January 10, 2023. She is a member of Health Promotion & Access Committee, the Neighborhoods, & Community Development Committee, the Public Safety & Criminal Justice Reform Committee, and the Streets, Public Service & Utilities Committee. and the Zoning & Planning Committee.

Carrie and her husband Steve live in the Historic Vistula neighborhood, adjacent to Downtown Toledo. Carrie is a proud public school graduate. She earned a Bachelor's degree in engineering from Iowa State University and a law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law.
