Create an Account

Register a new account

Click the register now link on the main page. Complete the registration form, making sure your information is accurate and you've filled out all the required fields.

Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions, then press send.

Check your email

You will receive an email with a temporary password to use for your first login.

Log into the portal

Go back to toledo.oh.gov/onlinewaterbill. Enter the username you chose at signup and the temporary password from your email. Press log on.

Change your password

When you successfully log in for the first time, you'll be prompted to change your password. Enter the temporary password you were emailed in the old password field. Choose a new password then press change.

Understand that this portal is designed to provide routine account examination and bill paying. It is not meant to handle opening or closing accounts. For these activities or for inquires related to your account you should contact Customer Service. When making a payment through this electronic portal you understand that you will be redirected to a third party website which the City of Toledo does not control. You acknowledge that the account information accessed through this Online Billing portal is only current as of 5:00 p.m. the previous business day and further will not include unbilled consumption (such as consumption used after your last actual meter read but before your next billing cycle). The account holder is responsible for any and all charges for services related to Water, Sewer, Storm water and Refuse Collection available to or utilized at a property.
